My latest order a 40x40 inch frame has an imperfection on it! I’m so disappointed. I need to hang my solo exhibition on March 28 so there isn’t time for a replacement Ruth M.,	Hi,I ordered a Word Cloud canvas wrap for my daughter - with all the wonderful words that describe her. Diane L. worked on it and was so creative and wonderful about making all my changes and so quickly. Diane made it a fun project and the end result was fabulous. Lois T., Toronto	caught me off guard. The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard. Mark R., Edmonton	the frame looks good but... Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,
