Rabeh, Vancouver | Not Happy... The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.
Rene Mathieu, Edmonton | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?
