We were very pleased with the quality of the hanging frame that you installed. Looks quite elegant. The metal prints continue to sell well and, again, the excellence of your product is a major contributing factor. I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important.
