I am feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered early; clearly communicated that the client absolutely needed the order to install no later than Nov 14th. Called twice to ensure this was understood and was assured it was no problem. Now the order is not arriving until Nov 25th! Really bad

It was also received incredibly fast, especially considering it was \"custom\" sized to my exact specifications. And finally, I had an immediate change of mind on my order after placing it, and called the next day to see if I could alter it. This request was granted without hesitation.
