I was somewhat hesitant about making my first order with CanadaOnCanvas a 6ft x 4ft giclee. However, the service was impeccable and the print quality is superb. I am delighted, and will be placing many more orders!

I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back. You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience. KEENART NOTE: please note rush order process is different than shipping method, you asked for free Ground shipping only, we are sorry you missed your deadline.
