I was a little shocked...
I have to say I was a little shocked at how well my canvas print turned out. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done. On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice) also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order)

I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes. I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame. Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified. Not good service. What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.

I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back. You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience. KEENART NOTE: please note rush order process is different than shipping method, you asked for free Ground shipping only, we are sorry you missed your deadline.
