Plauqe mounting issue
My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.
