Such amazing print quality, framing quality, and truly unreal customer service. I was so grateful with their speedy replies to my (many) emails as I tried to get two pictures of different sizes properly cropped to print as a set. I wanted a large photo print as a gift to my wife. The idea came to me late in the game so I hunted locally and on the internet to determine who could produce a large 60 X 40 inch print and if I could get it fast. I contacted \"KeenART\" and they said they could do it. I placed the order and uploaded the image. The outstanding quality print was delivered to Winnipeg on time. My wife opened it on her birthday and the photo brought tears of joy to her eyes. Unfortunately, the frame and print had been damaged in shipping. I contacted Reza at KeenART and informed her of the problem. KeenART promptly created another print and shipped it immediately. It arrived in perfect condition. SERVICE: I\'m so very happy that I choose Keenart over Amazon. I purchased 2 frames and made an oversight error on my initial order. The Keenart staff immediately picked up on it and emailed me with a request for precision. The following exchange of emails were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for that. PRODUCT: The frames are perfect. I choose the thinner ones and I was worried about their capacity to handle a 30\"x60\" heavy canvas. They are built strong - good wood, not too heavy, perfect fit. I\'m extremely happy with the final product. SHIPPING: Would have preferred Canada Post but they used CANPAR which easily gets confused with simple addresses (previous dealings with them were the same... Still better than Purolator...) They missed the first delivery and I caught up to the truck on the 2nd attempt... (Condo towers seem overly complicated for their drivers). OVERALL: Fantastic service, product and end result. I will order again and refer them in the future.
