caught me off guard. The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.

KeenART:
This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. If you have any further questions on this please give us a call or reply email.
Trini, | Scan quality Thanks very much for your kind assistant to have my printings scanned yesterday. I look forward to receive scan-color sample soon.
Habeeb, | absolutely love it... I absolutely love the way you put pictures on canvas and I have used you now for several years. I have just done four prints. I was quite disappointed in one of them. I would have appreciated an email advising me that there was a small water spot on the picture which I didn\'t notice on my copy On my iPad. I would have paid to have it taken out. It has really ruined my canvas print. It is not your fault but it would have been appreciated if I had been notified and I had been given the option of having it removed. I was very pleased with the other three. Thank you!
