very impressed I got the canvas, I have to say it was stretched and mounted perfectly, so I am very impressed, it was worth the wait :) Rabeh, Houston	excellent quaility print excellent quality print and have ordered another recently. I was contacted to pick up my print and was never asked if I would like to have the free shipping considering that they are moving further from Vancouver core this would of been much more convenient for me. Darren Thompson, vancouver	I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now? KeenART: Yes, we have shipped the missing items. Reta R.,	the frame looks good but... Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,
