I love the canvas floater frames! They make my art look so nice on the wall. The customer service is awesome.
Darlene P., | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?
